    RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

    If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the merchandise within 30 days of the purchase date. All products must be in their original condition and include all tags. Note: several types of goods are exempt from being returned including SALE items, Personalized Hoodies, One of A Kind tops, and intimates.

    If you would like to make a return or exchange please complete the Return & Exchange Form and repack the item and form in a suitable box or bag. If you did not receive a Return & Exchange Form, please reach out to sales@boymeetsgirlusa.com.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if you are returning or exchanging a product because we sent you the wrong item or it is a defective/damaged item, we will incur the cost of shipping the item back to us. If this is the case, please contact customer service to obtain your return label at sales@boymeetsgirlusa.com or call 212.239.7784 and ask for Boy Meets Girl customer service.

    You should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Boy Meets Girl® will not be responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.
