What (or who) inspires you?
"For me, the question isn't "who inspires you", it's "WHAT inspires you." And the answer to that question is the quote "prove them wrong." All my life people have created an image of me in their head that is nothing close to who I truly am. Everyone from my family to kids at school thinks I'm nothing than what you can physically see. In other words, people think I'm only my body. So, imagine being 12 years-old and hearing from your family, the people that are supposed to be there for you, that you aren't smart and/or good enough. I'm older now but I still stick to the motto to prove everyone wrong."
Causes you advocate for?
"I am a proud advocate for victims of sexual harassment and assault. In 2017, the Me Too Movement became an international movement lead by Tarana Burke and encouraged by Alyssa Milano."
Favorite place to be creative?
"My favorite place to be creative is when I'm surrounded by other creative people. I love the energy that occurs when all of us spit out ideas left and right and in the end we make something beautiful. I've taken art classes in the past and I loved how everyone in the class was so open to hearing everyone's ideas. As for being by myself, I love being in nature, if that's being in a park or just my backyard, it makes me feel so at ease."
