Boy Meets Girl® (BMG) is a fun, flirty, and edgy young contemporary brand worn by celebrities such as Rosario Dawson, Rachel Bilson, Nina Dobrev, and Kendall Jenner. Created in 2001 by Fashion Designer and Creative Director, Stacy Igel, the Boy Meets Girl® brand’s iconic boy and girl silhouette logo has been featured in publications including InStyle, Teen Vogue, Lucky, Seventeen, Women’s Wear Daily, and The New York Times, among others.The brand, currently sold at Nordstrom and colette in Paris, has previously been seen on the racks of department stores such as Bergdorf Goodman and Bloomingdales. BMG offers a full range of graphics tops and bottoms, as well as jackets, sweaters, and accessories.
In 2011, Boy Meets Girl® launched Boy Meets Girl® University, an initiative to reach high school and college students and educate them about the fashion industry through fashion shows, classes, and lectures. In 2012, Boy Meets Girl® University released a clothing collection, made in the USA, exclusive to The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Clemson University, and the University of Virginia, with more schools to come.
Boy Meets Girl® takes pride in its involvement with the Young Survival Coalition, helping to raise awareness for Breast Cancer since 2001, as well as the National School Climate Center’s BullyBust Campaign, helping to prevent and raise awareness of bullying in schools since 2009. Boy Meets Girl® seeks to further the message that confidence and courage are trends that never go out of style.
